Where is Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing set?

2025 anime film directed by Hiroyuki Hata

Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing (2025): Wikidata records no setting for it, and 1 real place for Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!, the work it adapts, in Japan. A statement about the book, not about the anime, and an adaptation is free to move its story. It is here because it is sourced and checkable, and it says so on every line.

Where its source is set

Wikidata records no setting for this anime. Every place below is where its source, Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!, is recorded as set. That is a statement about the book, not about the anime, and an adaptation is free to move its story somewhere else entirely. It is listed because it is sourced and checkable, and labelled everywhere it appears because it is a step weaker than the rest of this atlas.

Also per Wikipedia: “Films set in Tokyo” category

Wikipedia’s “Films set in Tokyo” category lists 1 more place. A category is an editor’s judgement rather than a sourced statement, so these are listed apart, never mixed into the statement list, and the claim links straight to where it came from.

Drawn from these real places

Nothing was filmed at these and the story does not happen in them. They are the real places this anime’s setting was modelled on, named in its Japanese Wikipedia article. That is the weakest claim this atlas makes about a place, so it is listed apart from everything above and never counted as a filming location.
