Where is Tokyo Godfathers set?

2003 film directed by Satoshi Kon

Tokyo Godfathers (2003): 1 real place Wikidata records as its setting in Japan. Where the anime takes place, not where it was made: an anime is drawn and filmed nowhere, so this is the only kind of location it has.
