Unova

fictional Pokémon region

United States · 40.8086, -74.0203

Unova does not exist. 2 anime are set there, and Wikidata records it as based on or inside New York metropolitan area, whose coordinates this page borrows, because the invented place has none of its own. Nothing was filmed here, and no film or series is placed this way anywhere on the atlas.

Set here

Anime that take place here. Nothing drawn was ever filmed here, so this is where the story is set rather than where a camera stood: a different claim from everything above, and kept under its own heading for that reason.
